4 Weeks of beginner fat-loss and strength training classes

  • Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday

  • 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

2 weeks unlimited group classes

  • Jump into any of our classes offered throughout the day!

  • 5:00 am, 6:15 am, 8:00 am, 12:30 pm, 4:00 pm, 5:`15 pm, or 6:30 pm
